Constant Force Spring are made from Stainless steel material & it is no current carrying parts. It is used for solder free electric connection between metal cable elements & earthing device. Also used for cast-resin,heat shrink and medium voltage joints. Easily applied onto the sheath, connection. Corrosion free & mechanical stable. Continues to exert constant pressure.
Mastic Tape is use for insulation in cable jointing kits to prevent it from corrosion to metal materials.It is excellent thermal insulation property & resistance to water,moisture climate & temperature.
The cut pieces are supplied sand withed in silicone coated paper,whereas for continuous rolls,it is spooled and interleaved with release paper/polyethylene & packed in a poly bag.

- Screw:Shall be held captive in the clamp housing.
- Band: Thread form commencing at the free end extending for a length sufficient to enable the clamp to be tighten on to the smallest diameter of component within the working ranger for which it is designed.
- Housing: This shall not be readily removable from the band.

- These controlled soldering devices are designed for termination of a bare or tin-plated copper shield on cable having an insulation rated for at least +85oC,meeting the dimensional criteria listed in the table above.
- Temperature range : -55o C to +125o C
- When installed properly ,it will meet the requirments for best results ,prepare the cable as shown:
