Heat Shrink Polyolefin Tube for U-Bolt Coating is suitable for corrosion and mechanical protection between U-Bolts & Pipes.

Over time the contact area between the un-coated U-bolts and pipe erodes and starts deteriorating the material in the presence of moisture. This excessive corrosion at the pipe support point is the leading cause of process pipe failure and it eventually develops into pinhole leaks. special non- removable Ink marks permanent seal on End Cap after Shrinking, thereby avoiding claims in case of Pilferage of Cable length.

  • The polyolefin material provides the right combination of hardness and durability to protect the pipe paint but avoids setting up a capillary crevice around the circumference of the pipe.
  • Has superior jacket tear resistance & elastomeric characteristics allowing better conformance over irregular contours without splitting.

Anode Cap
Anode Cap

Anode cap is Heat Shrinkable Cap, used to seal and protect the critical connection between the lead wire and anode.

It provides stress relief, moisture proofing and electrical insulation at the lead wire exit point. It is the ideal solution to the problem of premature system failure due to corrosion causing lead wire to come out of the anode.

It is made from a highly Cross-linked Polyolefin material. Rubber based mastic coating inside the cap adheres to Anode material and wire insulation which provides water tight sealing according to IP 68 (Ingress Protection).

Heat Shrink Coupler is a Tubing suitable to joint Corrugated HDPE pipes, used in Water management, Irrigation, Sanitary, Sewer and Drainage, Construction, Mining industries, Ducting and for underground Cable protection.

These tubes are manufactured from high quality Cross-linked Polyolefin material. Hot melt adhesive lining provides 100% sealing according to IP 68 (Ingress Protection).

It is feasible and the most economic jointing solution compared to Conventional Butt welding or using Snap Fit Coupler or Split coupler.

Pre-insulated Pipe Sealing Cap is Heat Shrink Cap with Hot Melt Adhesive, used to seal and to protect the joints of pipelines and other substrates . The caps are manufactured from high quality Cross-linked Polyolefin material.
